Maintenance Poland 2026 – 2nd edition of the International Industrial Maintenance Trade Fair


Maintenance planning systems, machine condition monitoring, diagnostic tools, CMMS software, maintenance technologies, machine safety, and regulatory compliance – these were the main areas of the 2nd edition of the Maintenance Poland trade fair, which took place on January 20–22, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event attracted 6290  professionals from 17 countries, this means an increase in the number of visitors by nearly 33% compared to the previous year. This result confirms the growing importance of the trade fair as a key meeting platform for the maintenance industry in Poland.

Maintenance Poland 2026 once again brought together the community of maintenance specialists, production process engineers, industrial plant owners, industrial systems programmers, machine safety experts, and providers of industrial technologies and software. Event participants gained the opportunity to:

  • establishing cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of maintenance systems, diagnostic tools, CMMS software, machine condition monitoring technologies, and machine safety solutions,
  • expanding the network of contacts to include maintenance engineers, production process engineers, safety and regulatory compliance specialists, industrial systems programmers, and representatives of manufacturing and distribution companies,
  • learning about innovations in the field of occupational health and safety at heights, roofing equipment, new types of coverings, anti-corrosion protection, and mounting systems,
  • promoting one’s services and products among professionals and representatives of industry media present at the trade fair.

Summary of the main Maintenance Poland 2026 conference

Industrial Maintenance Conference brought together experts from the fields of maintenance, automation, and digital production management. Centrum Przemysłu 4.0 organized the conference „Innovative Drive and Control Solutions to Meet Today’s Challenges in Industrial Practise” and its second edition: “Innovative Solutions for Contemporary Maintenance Challenges in Industrial Practice” presenting modern approaches to automation and maintenance in production plants. The company SUR conducted the conference „Maintenance Effectiveness – Experiences, Tools and Conclusions”, sharing practical knowledge based on real-world implementations and process analysis. In turn, DBR77 presented the conference “A Complete Digital Manufacturing Plant Management Ecosystem”, emphasizing the role of data, system integration, and digital tools in increasing operational efficiency.
