Introductory lecture:
“Solutions for technical departments - needs and good practices for solving problems - case study and anti-case study of CMMS implementations”
Examples of problems and challenges faced by Maintenance departments and their root causes will be indicated. Tools supporting modern maintenance will be presented. Good practices and case studies of companies that have implemented CMMS systems will be discussed, as well as examples of implementations that did not fully succeed, indicating what was the reason for this and how to deal with it. Also indicated will be how to develop the system through modifications and integrations, and the aspect of change management during implementation will be discussed.
